Difficile immaginare il mondo di Trono di Spade riportato in un immaginario fiabesco dove regnano i buoni sentimenti, eppure sono riusciti nell’impresa Fernando Mendonça e Anderson Mahanski, fondatori dello studio di illustrazione e animazione Combo Estùdio di Rio de Janeiro.

Hard to imagine the world of Game of Thrones represented as a fairytale full of noble sentiments, and yet two guys have succeeded, Fernando Mendonça and Anderson Mahanski, founders of the illustration and animation studio Combo Estùdio based in Rio de Janeiro.

A subire il “Disney restyle” moltissimi personaggi principali della saga che sta per volgere al termine, tantissime le scene comiche, persino il drammatico scontro tra Oberyn Martell e Gregor Clegane sembra diventare un gioco, esilaranti le illustrazioni con i due piccoli sopravvissuti di casa Stark e impossibile non intenerirsi con Jon che gioca con il suo Ghost e Daenerys col suo “bambino”.

Many main characters of the saga that is drawing to a close got their ‘Disney restyle’, a lot of funny illustrations, even the dramatic battle between Oberyn Martell and Gregor Clegane seems just a game, the drawings with the two little survivors of the House of Stark are just hilarious and it’s impossible not to love Jon playing with Ghost and Daenerys with his ‘baby’.

Cersei e Melisandre vengono ritratte come delle perfette cattive Disney, luci soffuse, sguardo tagliente e sopracciglia affilate, mentre vediamo uno dei White Walkers quasi inscenare una mossa in stile Elsa in “All’alba sorgerò”.

Cersei and Melisandre are portrayed as perfect Disney Villains, soft lighting, deep looks and sharp eyebrows, and we can watch one of the White Walkers almost staging like Elsa in “Let it Go”.

Infine abbiamo voluto inserire anche Daryl Dixon di The Walking Dead in versione “Disneyzzata”, perché era troppo bello per escluderlo!

Finally, we also wanted to include Daryl Dixon from The Walking Dead in his Disney version, because he was too good to leave it out!
