Non Solo Kawaii

È da poco passato Halloween e in onore dal significato pagano originale di questa festa abbiamo composto due look dedicati all’Autunno e all’Inverno.
Infatti i Celti festeggiavano la Samhain nella notte tra il 31 ottobre e il 1° novembre, il loro Capodanno che segnava il passaggio dal vecchio al nuovo, dalla metà dell’anno chiara a quella scura, e in cui si assottigliava la distanza tra il mondo dei vivi e quello dei morti, che venivano ingraziati lasciando del cibo per loro, da qui l’usanza del “Dolcetto o Scherzetto?”.

It is just past Halloween and in honor of the original pagan meaning of this celebration we made two looks dedicated to Autumn and Winter.
In fact, the Celts celebrated Samhain on the night between October 31 and November 1, their New Year which marks the transition from the old to the new, from the lighter half to the darker half, when the border between the world of the living and the world of the dead became thin, and the living have to cook for the dead to keep the spirits calm, hence the question: “Trick or Treat?”.
