Every woman is a potential debutante to Kukula, because every time she appears for the first time into society it involves an important ritual of introduction: choosing the right look.
The clothes of her debutantes are rich in detail and matches perfectly to accessories, nothing is left to chance. Among all these dresses we can recognize the ones designed by Giambattista Valli, which Kukula enriches with poetry setting them in romantic environments.

A haute debutante is not an especially rich brat. She may or may not wear haute couture at all. She does take upon herself the task of appearing in the world in a certain way, a way that takes the art of dress seriously. But neither is she bound by the claustrophobic mannerisms of the traditional debutante cotillion. She is haute-above all that. Her knowledge and skill provide her a basis for creativity, allow her to transcend the accepted conventions. The haute debutante aspires to create a world of her own.

I really like the emotion that My Last Party and Coral’s Melody give off… it feels ephemeral and from a different time. These are masterfully drawn, thank you for sharing!
