Miho Hirano è un’artista di Abiko, Chiba (Giappone), che si è laureata alla Musashino Art University di Kodaira nel 2008 e di cui abbiamo già presentato uno dei suoi lavori nell’articolo dedicato al decimo anniversario della Corey Helford Gallery.

Miho Hirano is an artist from Abiko, Chiba (Japan), who graduated at the Musashino Art University in Kodaira in 2008 and we have already presented one of her works in the article dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the Corey Helford Gallery.

Il rossore delle fanciulle richiama la freschezza della loro età e il tradizionale trucco delle maiko (apprendiste geisha), la loro acerba sensualità è come se riuscisse ad attrarre un microcosmo vegetale e animale che crea una sorta di simbiosi, contribuendo ad amplificarne bellezza, donando anche un’idea di leggerezza, libertà e ribellione.

The redness of the girls reminds of the freshness of their age and the traditional makeup of maiko (apprentice geisha), their sensuality is as if it could attract a plant and animal microcosm that creates a kind of symbiosis, helping to amplify their beauty, also donating an idea of lightness, freedom and rebellion.
