“Dobbiamo scoprire cosa è successo qui”, dice il capitano Barnacles.
Inizia così una nuova missione per i nostri piccoli eroi.

non solo Kawaii Book Review

La parola giusta per definire questo libro è kawaii: personaggi tenerissimi, dai grandi occhioni e dalle fattezze arrotondate, che si muovono in un mare dai delicati colori pastello, all’insegna di buoni sentimenti come l’amicizia e l’ecologia.
Grazie a questa favola moderna, gli Octonauts ed i giovani lettori impareranno a conoscere meglio i segreti della natura ed il modo giusto per vivere in armonia con essa.
Un libro per i più piccini, dove il testo (in lingua inglese) è molto breve e non annoia, lasciando grande spazio alle stupende illustrazioni di Meomi, ma che piacerà sicuramente anche alle loro mamme e a tutti gli appassionati dell’illustrazione del genere kawaii.
Sarebbe riduttivo definire The Octonauts and the Great Ghost Reef solo un libro per l’infanzia, perchè è a tutti gli effetti un dolcissimo libro di illustrazioni.

The right word to describe this book is kawaii: tender characters with big eyes and rounded features that move in a delicate pastel coloured sea with good feelings such as friendship and ecology.
Thanks to this modern fable, the Octonauts and young readers will learn to know the secrets of nature and the right way to live in harmony with it.
A book for children, where the text (in English) is very short and not boring, with the wonderful Meomi’s illustrations, but certainly it will also like to their mothers and to kawaii illustration lover.
It would be simplistic to define The Octonauts and the Great Ghost Reef only a book for children, because it is a very sweet book of illustrations.

Lo stile di Meomi è davvero irresisitibile e dolcissimo, unito a questa storia il risultato fa sciogliere anche i cuori di pietra.
Questa volta ritroviamo i nostri amici Octonauti alle prese con il caso misterioso della barriera corallina fantasma, saranno loro infatti a cercare di capire perchè ha perso il colore e l’atmofera vivace di un tempo.
Un libro perfetto per gli amanti di Meomi e del kawaii come me, ma soprattutto per i bambini che impareranno così un po’ di inglese (finchè non lo traducono anche in italiano…) e a rispettare l’ambiente.

Meomi style is irresisitibile and really sweet, and with this story the result melts the hearts of stone.
This time we find our friends Octonauts cope with the mysterious case of the Great Ghost Reef, in fact they will try to understand why it has lost its colour and the bright atmosphere.
A perfect book for Meomi and kawaii lovers like me, but especially for children who will learn a little English (until it won’t be translated in Italian …) and to respect the environment.
