Qualche tempo fa, abbiamo passato un piacevole pomeriggio in compagnia degli esperti Boots Laboratories che ci hanno dato tanti consigli per prenderci cura della pelle: non solo ottima beauty routine, ma buone abitudini.

• Consigli del Dermatologo / Dermatologist’s tips

Potranno sembrare banali, ma sono fondamentali per mantenere una pelle in salute:
♥ non fumare (o ridurre al minimo le sigarette) per mantenere la pelle ossigenata
♥ bere piccoli sorsi ma spesso, l’idratazione parte dal profondo
♥ usare sempre la protezione solare, non solo al mare, ma anche in città, preferendo crema e fondotinta con SPF.
I rischi non sono solo macchie solari e rughe, ma malattie dermatologiche.
È importante abituarsi a proteggersi dal sole fin da piccoli, perché i danni subiti da teenager potranno manifestarsi in età adulta.
Abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di fare il test per le macchie solari all’evento e la differenza era evidente tra chi si esponeva al sole con alte protezioni e chi no, indipendetemente dall’età. La pelle di alcune blogger trentenni sempre attente all’esposizione risultava migliore di blogger ventenni che non curavano questo aspetto.

They may seem obvious, but are important to keep the skin healthy:
♥ don’t smoke (or minimize cigarettes) to keep the skin oxygenated
♥ sip slowly and often, for a deep hydration
♥ always use sunscreen, not only at the seaside, but also in the city, applying face cream and foundation with SPF.
♥ always remove accurately the make-up

• Ginnastica Facciale / Facial Gymnastics

All’evento Boots abbiamo conosciuto Chiara Garrone, bodyworker e Trainer Visavì, che ci ha insegnato alcuni esercizi per mantenere i muscoli del viso e del collo allenati e più tonici, per un lifting naturale.
La ginnastica facciale richiede costanza, ma bastano 15 minuti al giorno per risultati sorprendenti e duraturi!

At the event we met Chiara Garrone, Visavì trainer and bodyworker, who taught us some exercises to keep the facial and neck muscles well trained and toned for a natural facelift.
The facial gymnastics requires perseverance, but it only takes 15 minutes a day for amazing results!
