Cosa vorresti fare da grande? La ballerina.
Questa è la risposta più classica che ci si aspetterebbe da una bambina (poi c’è chi come Angela che da piccola voleva fare la parrucchiera e Laura la stilista, ma questa è un’altra storia…), affascinata dalle scarpette con le punte e il tutu rosa così kawaii.
Forse è proprio perchè da piccole volevamo fare le ballerine che oggi portiamo le gonnelline in tulle che ricordano dei tutu! Quel che è certo è che non riusciamo a restare indifferenti alla musica: il nostro corpo vuole ballare, volteggiare, ma ci accontentiamo anche solo di muoverci a ritmo.

This is the most classic wish of a little girl (then there are those like Angela that when she was a child she wanted to be a hairdresser and Laura a fashion designer, but that’s another story…), fascinated by ballet shoes and pink and kawaii tutu.
Maybe that’s why we wanted to be dancers when we were little girls, that today we wear tulle skirts that remind tutu! It is certain that we love music: our body wants to dance, to twirl, but we are content just to move to the rhythm.

C’è anche chi ha fatto della danza una delle sue ragioni di vita, come Marina Maniglio (l’abbiamo conosciuta attraverso un’intervista) che ha interpretato Mia in “Hello Kitty The Show” e ora Bella nel musical “La Bella e La Bestia”.
Noi amiamo i musical (avete visto le nostre recensioni su “Grease“, “Cats“, “La Bella e la Bestia” e “Hello Kitty The Show“) e, lo ammettiamo, guardiamo Amici! Forse è proprio grazie a questo programma che l’arte del ballo si è maggiormente diffusa negli ultimi anni in Italia e ha dato inizio ad un susseguirsi di programmi incentrati su questo fantastico mondo.
Magari qualcuna di voi si starà chiedendo che fine abbia fatto Kledi Kadiu (noi rivogliamo Steve La Chance!!!), il famoso ballerino di origini albanesi… ebbene, ora conduce il programma “Step - Passi di Danza” su RAI5! Qui potete vedere il video di presentazione del programma.

We love musicals (you can read our reviews of “Grease“, “Cats“, “The Beauty and the Beast” and “Hello Kitty The Show“) and, we admit it, we watch “Amici” (an Italian Reality-Talent Show for dancers and singers)! Maybe it’s because of this program that the dancing art is more widespread in these years in Italy and there are more programs focusing on this fantastic world.
Maybe some of you are wondering about Kledi Kadiu (we want Steve La Chance again!!!), the famous Albanian dancer… well, now he hosts the program “Step - Passi di Danza” (Step - Dance Steps) on RAI5! You can see the video of the program here (italian language).

“Step - Passi di Danza“, in onda dal 27 novembre ogni sabato sera alle 21:00 (ma non preoccupatevi, lo potete vedere quando volete via streaming!!!), è un programma che vuole mostrare i diversi aspetti del mondo della danza, sia quella classica che quella moderna e contemporanea, parlando della danza di oggi e dei protagonisti di ieri e mostrando stralci di coreografie che hanno fatto la storia.
In ogni puntata, attraverso un’intervista a importanti personaggi del mondo della danza, tra i quali critici e maestri di danza, ogni settimana, per 12 puntate, sarà trattato un tema specifico (i musical, la Scala di Milano, la danza nell’est Europa…).
Una piacevole mezz’ora da trascorrere nel mondo della danza.

“Step - Passi di Danza” is on air, from November 27, every Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. (but do not worry, you can see it whenever you want via streaming!!!), it is a program that wants to show the different aspects of the dance world, from ballet to modern, talking about the most famous dancers of these days and of all times and showing the choreographies that made history.
In each episode, through an interview to important people from the dance world, including critics and teachers of dance, it will be dealt with a specific theme (the musical, La Scala in Milan, dance in eastern Europe…) each week for 12 episodes.
A pleasant half-hour to spend in the dance world.
