“Avengers: Infinity War” è l’atteso terzo capitolo della saga degli Avengers e diciannovesimo film del Marvel Cinematic Universe prodotto da Marvel Studios e distribuito da The Walt Disney Company.
I registi sono Anthony e Joe Russo (in precedenza hanno diretto anche “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” e “Captain America: Civil War”), hanno iniziato a girare all’inizio del 2017 ed è già previsto un sequel sempre affidato a loro in uscita a maggio 2019.
In Italia è uscito il 25 aprile, mentre il 27 negli USA.

‘Avengers: Infinity War’ is the long-awaited third movie of the Avengers saga and the nineteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by The Walt Disney Company.
The directors are Anthony and Joe Russo (previously they also directed ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ and ‘Captain America: Civil War’), they started filming at the beginning of 2017 and a sequel is already planned for them releasing on May 2019.
In Italy you can watch it on theatres on April 25, while on 27 in the USA.

Trama / Plot

Thanos intercetta la nave Asgardiana in rotta verso la Terra dopo i fatti di “Thor: Ragnarok” e vuole farsi consegnare da Loki il Tesseract, che contiene la Gemma dello Spazio.
L’obiettivo del potente Titano è ristabilire l’ordine nell’Universo uccidendo la metà di tutte le forme di vita esistenti e per farlo vuole prendere le 6 Gemme dell’Infinito (Gemma dello Spazio, Gemma della Realtà, Gemma del Potere, Gemma della Mente, Gemma del Tempo e Gemma dell’Anima).
I primi a venire a conoscenza del piano sono Dr. Strange, Wong, Tony Stark (Iron Man) e Banner (Hulk) che cercheranno di affrontare Thanos aiutati da Peter Parker (Spider Man).
Il Titano tuttavia ha un potere che gli Avengers non hanno affrontato mai prima e dovranno allearsi insieme per sventare questa temibile minaccia.
Vedremo aggiungersi alla lotta Natasha Romanoff (Vedova Nera), James Rhodes (War Machine), T’Challa (Pantera Nera), Visione, Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet), Sam Wilson (Falcon), James Barnes (Soldato d’Inverno), Clint Barton (Occhio di Falco) e i Guardiani della Galassia.

Thanos forces attacking the Asgardian ship en route to Earth after the events in ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ and wants to take the Tesseract from Loki, which contains the Space Stone.
The goal of the powerful Titan is to restore the order in the Universe by killing half of all life forms and to do it he try to get the 6 Infinity Gems (Space Stone, Reality Stone, Power Stone, Mind Stone, Time Stone and Soul Stone).
The first to discover this evil plan are Dr. Strange, Wong, Tony Stark (Iron Man) and Banner (Hulk) who will try to defeat Thanos helped by Peter Parker (Spider Man).
The Titan, however, has a power that the Avengers have never faced before and they have to ally together to foil this threat.
Many characters will join to the fight: Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), James Rhodes (War Machine), T’Challa (Black Panther), Vision, Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet), Sam Wilson (Falcon), James Barnes (Winter Soldier), Clint Barton (Hawkeye) and the Guardians of the Galaxy.

Commento / Review

Iniziamo dicendo che “Avengers: Infinity War” è uno dei film più appassionanti del Marvel Cinematic Universe e deve essere visto, magari facendo un ripasso dei film della saga per non perdere tutti i riferimenti.
“Avengers: Infinity War” non è eccezionale solo per le scene epiche di azione sulla Terra e nello Spazio, che vi lasceranno senza fiato, ma soprattutto perché per la prima volta viene presentato come punto di vista principale quello dell’antagonista, dando grande profondità alla trama e un forte spessore psicologico a Thanos.
Straordinaria anche la coesione di tutti i personaggi Marvel, che si incastrano nell’azione con grande coerenza e chiarezza, nonostante alcuni siano ovviamente più presenti di altri, ogni personaggio ha il suo ruolo definito e il suo scopo nel film.
Abbiamo anche apprezzato che i momenti comici si bilanciassero alle scene drammatiche, senza risultare forzate o fuori contesto.
Non vediamo l’ora di vedere il sequel!

We begin by saying that ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ is one of the most exciting films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and it must be watched, perhaps brushing up on the films of the saga not to miss all the references.
‘Avengers: Infinity War’ is not only amazing for the epic action scenes on Earth and in the Space, which will leave you breathless, but above all because for the first time the antagonist is presented as the main point of view, giving great intensity to the plot and a strong psychological depth in Thanos.
It is extraordinary also the cohesion of all the Marvel characters, who are into the action with great consistency and clarity, although some are obviously more present than others, each character has its definite role and its purpose in the film.
We also appreciated that the comic moments were balanced to the dramatic scenes, without being forced or out of context.
We can not wait to watch the sequel!
